SEMAY PARMAKSIZ

I was born in 1956 in Izmir, Turkey. I took an interest in the arts of drawing and painting when I was in primary school. During my higher education in Ege University and afterwards, I created logo designs for various brands, such as the country-wide reknown ice cream brand Memo. I continued my artistic creations by drawing cartoons on a diversity of materials, and attended courses on stained glass, glass and mirror painting, and wood painting. After producing many works of art in those branches, I also learned acrylic, fluid acrylic, and oil painting techniques, and held my first exhibition in 2018. Nowadays, I continue producing artworks in Antalya, Turkey.
